Featuring a cutting-edge impeller structure and a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Compared to conventional designs, its impeller utilizes a single or dual flow-path form, akin to an elbow of the same section, ensuring exceptional flow-through performance. With a perfectly optimized turbine room, it operates with impressive efficacy and reliability. Thanks to dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller, this pump guarantees stable and steady performance. In centrifugal pump technology, the impeller is the pivotal rotating component. The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail set/system, is a sophisticated slide rail assembly designed to facilitate easy lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber. This allows for effortless maintenance and cleaning without disconnecting any fittings, fixings, or pipe work. The standard kit comprises a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket. Also included are lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, ensuring accurate seating and straightforward removal from the system or sump.
