The WQ series submersible sewage pump is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring remarkable energy-saving capabilities, anti-wrapping technology, non-blocking design, and intuitive auto-installation and control. This pump excels in the efficient drainage of solid particles and long-fiber waste, setting a new standard in waste management.

With a revolutionary impeller design and state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump excels at transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. The innovative impeller, available in single or dual flow-path configurations, mirrors the efficiency of an elbow shape with excellent flow capability. Coupled with a meticulously designed turbine room, the pump operates with exceptional effectiveness. Following rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests, the impeller ensures stable and reliable performance. This series embodies advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile structural and installation options, simplifying pump station setups and reducing investment costs.

The impeller serves as the heart of a centrifugal pump, driving liquid into its rotating center where it's accelerated by the vanes, increasing velocity before being ejected through centrifugal force into the diffuser casing. The casing's collection chamber masterfully converts kinetic energy into pressure or head. The impeller's design critically influences pump performance and efficiency, with numerous variations tailored for diverse applications.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a versatile range of impellers to choose from: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutting features.

The robust copper electric motor, paired with an UL-certified waterproof armored cable, guarantees a stable and reliable power supply for submersible sewage pumps even in high flow rate scenarios.

The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is an assembly that allows easy vertical movement of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning, without the hassle of disconnecting pipes or fixtures. The standard kit, including a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adapter, guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, also comes with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, one or two guide rails (not included) guide the pump to its seating location or facilitate its removal with ease.
