The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered with an impressive array of features such as significant energy-saving capabilities, anti-wrapping technology, non-blocking design, automatic installation, and control. It excels in managing the drainage of solid particles and long fibrous waste, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Featuring a unique impeller design and innovative mechanical seal, this pump adeptly transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. The impeller's single or dual flow-path design, akin to an elbow of the same section, provides exceptional flow-through performance. When paired with a well-designed turbine room, it achieves remarkable operational effectiveness. Thanks to dynamic and static balance tests on the impeller, the pump ensures stable, reliable performance. The series boasts advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, multiple structural and installation options, simplifying pump station setups and reducing investment costs.

The impeller, a pivotal component of centrifugal pumps, transforms kinetic energy into pressure, directing liquid to its center, accelerating it, and then ejecting it through centrifugal force. The surrounding casing converts this kinetic energy into head or pressure, crucially influencing pump performance and efficiency. Different impeller designs cater to specific applications, enhancing versatility and adaptability.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer a selection of impeller types: vortex, semi-open channel, non-clog closed, and non-clog impeller with cutter type. Each type is designed to optimize performance based on specific application needs.

Our submersible sewage pumps are driven by a robust copper electric motor, paired with a UL-certified waterproof armored cable. This combination ensures a stable and reliable power supply, supporting high flow rates effectively.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, facilitates easy pump maintenance and cleaning. The assembly allows for effortless lifting or lowering of the pump without disconnecting any fittings or pipework. Standard kits include a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided by one or two rails (not included), ensuring it seats correctly with a positive seal, allowing for straightforward system removal.
