This pump is a testament to ingenuity, featuring a unique impeller structure and a state-of-the-art mechanical seal designed to effectively transport liquids laden with solids and long fibers. The impeller, whether single or dual flow-path, mirrors the form of an elbow for superior flow-through performance. Complemented by a meticulously designed turbine room, it ensures smooth and stable operation, passing rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests. At the heart of a centrifugal pump lies the impeller, an essential rotating component. For submersible sewage pump impellers, we offer options like the vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and a non-clog impeller with a cutter type, each tailored to specific needs.

The robust copper electric motor, paired with a UL waterproof armored cable, guarantees a stable power supply for submersible sewage pumps with significant flow rates, ensuring seamless performance even under demanding conditions.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, revolutionizes pump maintenance. This slide rail assembly facilitates easy lifting or lowering of pumps within a sump or chamber for cleaning or maintenance without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipe work. A standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided up and down by one or two rails (not included), ensuring proper seating or simple removal from the system/sump.
