This pump series employs an innovative impeller structure and cutting-edge mechanical seal that effectively facilitate the transport of liquids containing solids and elongated fibers. Unlike traditional impellers, this pump features a unique single or dual flow-path design, ensuring superior flow-through performance. Combined with a well-designed turbine housing, it operates with exceptional efficiency. Rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller ensure stable and reliable performance. The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, is an ingenious assembly that permits effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning, without disconnecting any fittings or pipework. The kit typically includes a base (or 'duckfoot'), pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is directed along one or two rails, ensuring precise seating or easy removal from the system.
