It features seamless auto-installation and auto-control systems, adeptly tackling the drainage of solid grains and long fiber rubbish with unique efficiency.

Featuring a pioneering impeller structure and an advanced mechanical seal design, our pump excels in transporting liquids laden with solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional designs, our pump's impeller utilizes a single or dual flow-path akin to an elbow, ensuring exceptional flow-through performance. Paired with an optimally designed turbine room, it delivers superior efficiency and stability, confirmed through dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller. This series offers advanced hydraulic performance and high efficiency, with versatile structures and installation methods that streamline pump station setups and reduce investment costs.

In a centrifugal pump, the impeller is the central rotating component crucial to its operation. As liquid enters the center, the impeller’s vanes accelerate it to a higher velocity before centrifugal force projects it into the casing diffuser. The casing's collection chamber then transforms much of this kinetic energy into pressure. The impeller type significantly impacts pump performance and efficiency, with various designs tailored to specific applications.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a versatile range of impellers including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and a specialized non-clog impeller with cutter type, each designed to suit diverse operational needs.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, is an essential assembly facilitating easy pump movement within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning. Without needing to disconnect fittings or pipes, a standard kit includes a base, pump adaptor, guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is smoothly guided by one or two rails (not included) to its correct seating location, ensuring a positive seal and enabling straightforward removal from the system.
