Our pump employs a unique impeller structure paired with a revolutionary mechanical seal, ideal for transporting liquids laden with solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, our design features a single or dual flow-path for superior flow-through performance. The advanced hydraulic design, high efficiency, and versatile construction simplify pump stations and significantly reduce investment costs, ensuring reliable and stable operation.

The impeller, a rotating component of centrifugal pumps, is instrumental in pump performance. Liquid enters through the center, propelled by rotating vanes, and is expelled by centrifugal force into the case, transforming kinetic energy into pressure. The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is a convenient slide rail assembly that facilitates easy pump lifting or lowering for maintenance without disconnecting any fittings or pipework. The standard kit includes a base, pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, as well as lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump can be guided by one or two rails, ensuring precise seating or easy removal.
