To expertly balance the axial thrust, our design includes strategically positioned wear rings both at the front and rear of most impellers, complemented by a balance hole on the back shroud. In certain models where axial thrust remains minimal, the need for rear wear rings and balance holes is ingeniously eliminated.

Crafted with precision, our high-quality casting impellers guarantee optimal performance. Available in robust materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, these impellers are engineered for excellence.

There are generally two main groups:
1) "Flush" - This method introduces a clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, significantly enhancing the operational environment. A secondary, smaller port is strategically oriented downward, serving as an invaluable leakage observation or vent opening.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" used with dual seals - A secondary fluid is meticulously fed into the interspace between two sets of mechanical seals, preventing ambient air contact with the pumped fluid. This not only improves seal cooling but also elevates safety measures.
It is noteworthy that not every mechanical seal demands specialized external flush arrangements, allowing for flexible system configurations.
