Our cutting-edge pump design is categorized into two primary groups, each engineered for specific operational enhancements:
1) "Flush" System: This system introduces clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, optimizing the operational environment. A secondary, smaller port, typically directed downward, serves as an observation or vent point for leakage, ensuring seamless operation.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" System for Dual Seals: This innovative system supplies a secondary fluid between dual mechanical seals, preventing ambient air from contaminating the pumped fluid, enhancing seal cooling, and significantly boosting safety measures.
Notably, a special external flush arrangement is not a universal requirement for all mechanical seals, offering flexibility and simplification in certain applications.
Flexible Couplings: Engineered for Adaptability and Performance
