Introducing the SLZ end suction, long coupled, single-stage centrifugal chemical process pump, designed to meet the rigorous standards of EN 22858 / ISO 2858. This versatile, high-performance pump serves a wide array of industrial and marine applications. It excels at transferring low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids, free of solid or fibrous particles. Widely used to pump fresh water, seawater, and fuels like diesel, petrol, and kerosene, it finds its place in fuel transfer systems, chemical processing, energy plants, mining, firefighting, irrigation, water supply, water treatment, pressurization, grey water management, dewatering, and marine operations.
Discover the power of this large, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump, engineered for high flow and high pressure, making it a formidable choice for demanding applications.
The innovative design of the long coupled centrifugal chemical process pump offers numerous advantages, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
Experience unmatched ease of maintenance with the long coupled configuration, allowing effortless access to the pump head without the need to disassemble the motor.
Built for the long haul, this robust process pump is engineered for continuous operation. It features additional bearings within the pump head, significantly reducing the strain on the motor and ensuring longevity and consistent performance.
Benefit from the back pull-out design, which allows the motor to be detached while the pump remains connected to the pipeline, thus saving valuable time during servicing and maintenance.
Our centrifugal chemical process pump boasts independent shafts for the pump and motor. In case of a pump shaft failure, only the shaft needs replacement. In contrast, less robust pumps require entire motor replacement if the shaft fails, demonstrating our pump's superior design and cost-effectiveness.
The long coupled design strategically places ample space between the pump and motor, effectively shielding the motor from fluid ingress in the event of a seal failure, thereby enhancing the system's reliability.

Our centrifugal and chemical pumps proudly incorporate renowned brand bearings, ensuring remarkable longevity even amidst challenging environments. This robust feature guarantees our pumps' unwavering performance and endurance.
To adeptly manage axial thrust, many of our impellers are equipped with strategically positioned wear rings both at the fore and aft, complemented by a balance hole on the back shroud. In cases where axial thrust is minimal, the absence of the rear wear ring and balance hole is a testament to our precise engineering.
Our high-precision casting impellers are crafted to perfection, offering unparalleled performance. Available in cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, these materials ensure superior reliability and functionality.
We categorize them into two fundamental groups:
1) "Flush" - This technique involves the injection of clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, enhancing the operational environment. A secondary, smaller port usually oriented downward serves as a vent or leakage observation point, ensuring optimal seal performance.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for dual seals - A secondary fluid is introduced between two mechanical seal sets to prevent ambient air contact with the pumped medium, thus optimizing seal cooling and ensuring safety.
It is noteworthy that not every mechanical seal necessitates unique external flush systems, highlighting the versatility of our design.
Versatile Couplings
Flexible couplings, unlike their rigid counterparts, adeptly accommodate movements such as vibrations and thermal expansions, making them perfect for applications with inherent misalignment between drive and pump shafts. They effectively absorb vibrations, reducing operational noise. While they feature a more intricate and costly design, the long-term savings from reduced maintenance due to protection against shaft and bearing damage are significant.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps are outfitted with API 671 Standard Disc Couplings.
These couplings boast reduced reaction loads and superior balance quality compared to standard couplings, resulting in enhanced efficiency and transmission effectiveness across the entire pump system.
