Introducing the SLZ end suction, long coupled, single stage centrifugal chemical process pump, a marvel of engineering excellence standardized to meet EN 22858 / ISO 2858. Tailored for versatility, this pump excels in a broad array of industrial and marine applications. It effortlessly handles low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids, making it ideal for common fluids like fresh water, sea water, and various fuels such as diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Its versatility extends to numerous applications, including fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining, fire fighting, irrigation, water supply, water treatment, pressurization tasks, grey water management, dewatering, and marine operations.
Experience the power of our extensive, robust centrifugal chemical process pump. Designed for heavy-duty tasks, it offers exceptional high flow and high pressure capabilities, ensuring peak performance in demanding environments.
Discover the advantages of our long coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design, delivering outstanding performance and reliability.
Maintenance made simple: The long coupled configuration offers easy access to the pump head without the need to remove the motor, streamlining the maintenance process.
Built for durability and continuous use, this process pump incorporates additional bearings in the pump head, significantly reducing the strain on the motor during operation and enhancing longevity.
Efficiency is key with our back pull out design, allowing for the motor to be conveniently removed while keeping the pump connected to the pipework. This feature saves valuable time during servicing and maintenance.
Benefit from the independence of the centrifugal chemical process pump and motor shafts. In the event of a shaft break, only the pump shaft requires replacement, unlike less robust alternatives that necessitate entire motor replacement.
Our long coupled design offers ample space between the pump and motor, safeguarding the motor from fluid ingress in the event of a seal failure, thus ensuring enhanced protection and reliability.

Our centrifugal pumps, including chemical pumps, integrate renowned brand bearings, promising extended durability and performance even in the most challenging environments. Experience longevity and reliability like never before.
To expertly manage and balance axial thrust, our advanced impeller designs feature wear rings at both the front and back, accompanied by a precision-engineered balance hole on the impeller's back shroud. For pumps with minimal axial thrust, these components are tailored to ensure optimal performance without the need for additional wear rings or balance holes.
Our high-precision casting impellers are designed to guarantee outstanding performance. Available in durable materials like cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, they deliver exceptional quality and reliability.
Our sophisticated systems are categorized into two primary groups:
1) "Flush" System - Designed to inject clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, this system significantly enhances the operating environment. It features a secondary, strategically positioned port that serves as an efficient leakage observation or vent opening.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for Dual Seals - This system introduces a secondary fluid to the space between two mechanical seals, effectively preventing ambient air contact with the pumped fluid. It enhances seal cooling and boosts safety.
It's important to note that not all mechanical seals necessitate specialized external flush setups.
Flexible couplings
Flexible couplings surpass rigid ones by accommodating movements like vibrations and thermal expansion without damage. They are perfect for applications with unavoidable misalignments between drive and pump shafts. These couplings not only absorb vibrations effectively, reducing operational noise, but also offer long-term maintenance savings by protecting shafts and bearings from damage and premature wear, despite their more complex and costlier design.
Semhai's API standard chemical pumps incorporate API 671 Standard Disc Couplings, ensuring top-notch operational integrity.
Our couplings boast lower reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to standard couplings, resulting in enhanced efficiency and effectiveness for the entire pump power transmission system.
