The WQ series submersible sewage pump is renowned for its outstanding energy-saving capabilities, anti-wrapping design, and exceptional non-blocking operation. It boasts automatic installation and control features, offering unrivaled performance in the drainage of solid grains and long fiber waste.

With a revolutionary impeller structure and innovative mechanical seal design, this pump effortlessly transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Its single or dual flow-path impeller design—resembling an elbow with superb flow-through capabilities—ensures high efficiency and smooth operation. The advanced hydraulic performance, varied structures, and installation modes of this series simplify the pump station setup and optimize investment savings.

The impeller, a crucial centrifugal pump component, captures and accelerates liquid to higher velocities, expelling it into the casing through centrifugal force. This conversion of kinetic energy into head or pressure highlights the pump's performance and efficiency, which largely hinge on the impeller type. For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a choice of impeller types: vortex, semi-open channel, non-clog closed, and non-clog with cutter type, to cater to distinct operational needs and challenges.

Our robust submersible sewage pumps are powered by a high-quality copper electric motor and safeguarded by a UL water-proof armored cable, guaranteeing a stable power supply and accommodating substantial flow rates with ease.

The auto coupling set, also referred to as the guide rail system, is a sophisticated slide rail assembly. It facilitates seamless pump lifting or lowering within a sump or chamber for cleaning or maintenance, without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. The standard kit includes a base ("duckfoot" or "pedestal"), pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, ensuring precise seating and easy removal.
