Employing a unique impeller design along with a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, our pump efficiently transports liquids with solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, ours boast a single or dual flow-path design, akin to an elbow, delivering outstanding flow performance. Paired with a meticulously engineered turbine room, the pump ensures stable and reliable operations. The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, is designed for ease of use. This innovative slide rail assembly allows effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning, without needing to disconnect fittings or pipe work. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on the selected model, one or two rails guide the pump to its correct seating location, ensuring a positive seal for optimal operation.
