The WQ series submersible sewage pump stands out with its remarkable energy-saving capabilities, anti-wrapping design, and non-blocking operation. It features auto-installation and control, and excels in draining solid particles and long-fiber waste, making it a pivotal solution for heavy-duty waste management.

Featuring an innovative impeller design and a new-style mechanical seal, this pump efficiently handles liquids containing solids and long fibers. Its impeller, designed with either single or dual flow-paths akin to an elbow, ensures superior flow efficiency. Paired with a well-designed turbine room, the pump guarantees high performance and stability. Undergoing dynamic and static balancing tests, the pump delivers reliable and efficient operation, simplifying pump station setups and reducing investment costs.

Liquid enters the impeller's center and is swiftly accelerated by its vanes, then discharged via centrifugal force. Our auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, revolutionizes maintenance. This assembly allows effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. Standard kits include a base ("duckfoot" or "pedestal"), a pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two guide rails direct the pump for precise seating or easy removal.
