In a centrifugal pump, the impeller serves as the pivotal rotating component. It adeptly captures liquid directed into its center, utilizing its vanes to accelerate the liquid to a heightened velocity. The centrifugal force then propels the liquid into the casing (diffuser), where the collection chamber adeptly transforms kinetic energy into head or pressure. The impeller's design is crucial for optimizing pump performance and efficiency, with various configurations available to meet a wide range of applications.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a diverse selection of impellers including the vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog with cutter type, catering to different operational needs and ensuring optimal performance.

Our submersible sewage pumps are powered by a robust copper electric motor, complemented by a UL-certified waterproof armored cable. This ensures a consistent and stable power supply, accommodating high flow rates with ease and reliability.

The auto coupling set, alternatively known as a guide rail system, is an ingenious solution for easy pump handling. This slide rail assembly enables seamless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning, without the need to disconnect fittings or pipe work. The standard kit includes a base (or 'duckfoot'/'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket. It is further equipped with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, one or two rails guide the pump to its optimal seating location or allow for straightforward removal from the system.
