Performance features
1. Equipped with 3 types of impeccable starting-functions:
(1). Manual start function: Seamlessly achieve the manual-start function through manual-automatic interlock using a switch;
(2). Automatic-manual functions: This feature allows for 3 starting attempts, alerts with a 'starter failure alarm' if unsuccessful, and automatically exits the starting state after 3 failed attempts. For a successful initial start, the transition to rated load occurs within 5-10-15 seconds, depending on unit capacity.
(3). Emergency manual direct start function: An emergency manual direct start is achievable when the self-controlled device fails.
2. Automatic operation: Upon receiving a valid fire signal, the diesel fire pump autonomously initiates operation if the pump fails to start normally due to power supply interruptions or failures in the fire pump motor. Once the power supply is restored or electric pumps are operational, the system automatically switches to the electric pump.
3. Automatic shutdown: The diesel fire-fighting pump automatically delays and shuts down when the fire signal ceases.
4. Battery self-charge function: The battery is capable of automatic charging through the electrical mains power of the diesel engine, ensuring a smooth and reliable unit start.
5. Comprehensive indicating system: This sophisticated system provides clear indications for readiness to start, manual start, automatic start, unit operation, unit shutdown, battery charging, overspeed, low lubrication oil pressure, low turbocharger oil pressure, low engine lubricating oil temperature, high cooling system water temperature, low battery voltage, low fuel level, and regular inspections.
6. Robust alarm and protection system: This system includes alarms or protective measures for 3 failed start attempts, overspeed, low lubricant oil pressure, low turbocharger oil pressure, high cooling water temperature, low lubricating oil temperature, automatic charging device failure, low battery voltage, high battery voltage, and low fuel level.
7. Advanced display systems: Displays crucial data such as engine oil pressure, engine speed, battery charge current, and battery charging voltage.
8. Direct-coupled design: The diesel engine and water pump are seamlessly connected via a high-flexible coupling on a common channel base, offering a compact structure, enhanced overall performance, minimal failure and vibration, and convenient on-site installation.
9. Exceptional high pressure and large flow capacity: Choose from IS series single-stage single-suction, SOW series single-stage double-suction, or SHD series segmental multistage pumps to cater to diverse fire scenarios.
10. Adjustable flow and working pressure: Diesel pumps fitted with mechanical or electronic speed governors allow for speed adjustments of the diesel engine, ensuring pump flow and head align with actual operational data.
11. Pre-heating device for water temperature: The unit is outfitted with an AC220V cooling water preheating device, ensuring optimal working conditions even at temperatures below 5 ºC.
12. Dual battery circuit: If one battery group fails, the other automatically engages for uninterrupted operation.
13. Maintenance-free battery: Eliminate the need for frequent supplemental fluid additions.
