Performance Features
1. Equipped with 3 Superior Starting Functions:
(1) Manual Start Function: Achieve manual-start effortlessly through a manual-automatic interlock switch.
(2) Automatic-Manual Functions: Enables up to 3 starting attempts, issuing a 'starter failure alarm' and automatically exiting if unsuccessful after 3 tries. Post successful initial start, achieves rated load start time of 5-10-15 seconds, contingent on unit capacity.
(3) Emergency Manual Direct Start Function: Seamlessly execute manual direct start during emergencies when the self-control device fails.
2. Automatic Operation: Upon receiving a valid fire signal, the diesel fire pump autonomously initiates, regardless of interruptions in the fire pump motor's power supply system. It seamlessly switches to the electric pump once normalcy returns or electric pumps operate effectively.
3. Automatic Shutdown: The diesel fire-fighting pump intuitively delays and ceases operation when the fire signal diminishes.
4. Battery Self-Charge Function: The electrical mains power of the diesel engine charges the battery automatically, ensuring a seamless unit start.
5. Comprehensive Indicating System: Monitors and indicates readiness to start, manual start, automatic start, unit operation, shutdown, battery charging, speeding, lubrication oil low pressure, turbocharger low oil pressure, low engine lubricating oil temperature, high cooling system temperature, battery low voltage, low fuel level, and regular inspection alerts.
6. Advanced Alarm/Protection System: Offers alarms or protective measures against three-time start failures, overspeed, low lubricant oil pressure, low turbocharger oil pressure, high cooling water temperature, low lubricating oil temperature, automatic charging device failure, low/high battery voltage, and low fuel levels.
