Utilizing a revolutionary impeller design along with a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike traditional designs, its impeller features a single or dual flow-path akin to an elbow, ensuring superior flow-through efficiency. The meticulously crafted turbine housing enhances its effectiveness, and thanks to comprehensive dynamic and static balancing tests, the pump operates with unmatched stability and reliability. As liquid enters the center of the rotating impeller, it is swiftly accelerated by the vanes and expelled into the casing by centrifugal force, converting kinetic energy into pressure or head. Our range of submersible sewage pump impellers includes the vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and the non-clog impeller with cutter type, providing versatile options to meet diverse operational demands.

Equipped with a robust copper electric motor and UL-certified waterproof armored cable, this pump ensures a stable power supply, supporting substantial flow rates with enduring reliability.

The auto coupling set, also referred to as a guide rail system, is a sophisticated slide rail assembly designed for effortless pump elevation or lowering within a sump or chamber. This system facilitates maintenance or cleaning without the hassle of removing connections or pipeline components. The standard kit includes a base pedestal, pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided by one or two rails (not included) to its optimal seating position or for easy removal from the system.
