The WQ series submersible sewage pump boasts remarkable energy-saving features, is resistant to wrapping, and offers non-blocking performance. It supports auto-installation and auto-control, providing a unique advantage in the drainage of solid grains and long fiber debris.

Thanks to an innovative impeller structure and modern mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, our design uses a single or dual flow-path, akin to an elbow of the same cross-section, ensuring optimal flow-through performance. Coupled with a strategic turbine room design, our pump operates with superior efficiency and stability, verified by dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller. This series promises advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile structures and installation modes, simplifying pump stations and reducing investment costs.

The impeller is the dynamic heart of a centrifugal pump. As liquid enters the center of the rotating impeller, it is swiftly captured by the vanes, accelerated by the impeller's rotation, and forcefully expelled by centrifugal force into the casing. This collection chamber ingeniously converts kinetic energy into head or pressure. The type of impeller is critical to pump performance and efficiency, with various designs tailored to specific applications.

For the impeller of our submersible sewage pumps, we provide a range of options including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and a non-clog impeller with cutter type, catering to diverse operational needs.

A robust copper electric motor paired with a UL water-proof armored cable guarantees a stable power supply for the submersible sewage pump, ensuring exceptional performance even at high flow rates.

The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is a smart slide rail assembly that allows for the effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber. This innovation simplifies maintenance without disconnecting fittings or pipework. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model selected, the pump is guided by one or two rails for precise seating or easy removal from the system.
