Introducing the WQ series submersible sewage pump, featuring exceptional energy-saving capabilities, anti-wrapping properties, non-blocking design, and both auto-installation and auto-control mechanisms. This pump boasts a unique ability to effortlessly handle solid grains and long fiber debris.

Engineered with an innovative impeller structure and a pioneering mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional designs, its impeller features single or dual flow-paths for optimal flow performance, akin to an elbow of the same section. This ensures remarkable efficiency, stable operation, and reliability, enhanced by dynamic and static balancing tests. With its advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile installation options, this pump simplifies pump stations and reduces investment costs.

The impeller serves as the centrifugal pump's dynamic heart. It captures liquid at its center, accelerating it to higher velocities through the rotating vanes. This kinetic energy converts into pressure as the liquid is expelled by centrifugal force into the casing, which transforms it into head or pressure. The impeller's design significantly influences the pump's performance and efficiency, with various adaptations tailored for specific applications.

Our submersible sewage pumps offer diverse impeller options, including vortex, semi-open channel, non-clog closed, and non-clog impeller with a cutter type, to suit diverse needs.

The robust copper electric motor, paired with a UL waterproof armored cable, guarantees a consistent power supply for our submersible sewage pumps, accommodating large flow rates effectively.

The auto coupling set, also known as the guide rail system, features a slide rail assembly allowing easy pump lifting or lowering for maintenance without disconnecting fittings. Standard kits include a base, pump adaptor, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is guided by one or two rails for precise seating or simple removal.
