For pumps where axial thrust is minimal, the innovative design omits the wear ring and balance hole, streamlining efficiency without compromising performance.

Our solutions are categorized into two primary groups:
1) "Flush" - A pristine, cool liquid is meticulously introduced into the seal chamber to create an optimal operating environment. A secondary, strategically placed port, typically oriented downward, serves dual functions as a leak observation point or a vent opening.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" design for dual seals - This ingenious setup introduces a secondary fluid to the inter-seal space, effectively preventing ambient air from interfacing with the pumped fluid. This enhances seal cooling and elevates safety standards.
It's important to note that not every mechanical seal demands a specialized external flush arrangement.
