Our innovative impeller structure and cutting-edge mechanical seal enable the effective transport of liquids containing solids and long fibers. By utilizing a single or dual flow-path similar to an elbow of the same section, the impeller achieves exceptional flow-through performance. Paired with a well-designed turbine room, this pump operates with impressive efficacy. Its dynamic and static balancing tests ensure stable and reliable operation. The auto coupling set, commonly known as a guide rail set/system, facilitates effortless pump maintenance. It allows for easy lifting and lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber without disconnecting the fittings, fixings, or pipework. This standard kit includes crucial components like a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), a pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket. Moreover, the set comes with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the chosen model, the pump is guided by one or two rails to its proper seating location, ensuring a secure seal or enabling straightforward removal.
