Introducing the WQ series submersible sewage pump, renowned for its exceptional energy-saving capabilities. This innovative pump is designed to prevent wrapping, eliminate blockages, and support auto-installation and auto-control. It demonstrates remarkable efficiency in draining solid grains and long fiber waste, setting a new standard for performance.

Our uniquely designed impeller and state-of-the-art mechanical seal allow for the effective transport of liquids containing solids and long fibers. The single or dual flow-path impeller, akin to the elbow of the same section, offers outstanding flow-through performance. Coupled with a well-engineered turbine room, the pump operates with exceptional stability and reliability. The impeller undergoes a dynamic and static balancing test, ensuring superior operation. The series boasts advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile structures and installation modes, simplifying pump station requirements and driving down investment costs.

The impeller serves as the dynamic heart of a centrifugal pump. As liquid enters the center of the rotating impeller, it is captivated by the impeller's vanes, accelerated to a heightened velocity, then propelled by centrifugal force into the case (diffuser). The casing's collection chamber adeptly converts kinetic energy to Head or Pressure. The type of impeller is critical, influencing both performance and efficiency. We offer an array of impeller variations to meet diverse application needs.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer an array of impeller options: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each designed to handle specific wastewater challenges.

Our robust copper electric motors, complemented by UL water-proof armored cables, provide unwavering power supply, ensuring reliable performance for submersible sewage pumps, even at high flow rates.

Auto coupling sets, also known as guide rail systems, are integral to easy pump maintenance and cleaning. This slide rail assembly facilitates effortless pump lifting or lowering within a sump or chamber, without the need for disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. Standard kits include a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is guided by one or two rails (not included), ensuring proper seating with a positive seal or facilitating simple removal from the system/sump.
