Welcome to the world of the SLZ end suction, long coupled, single stage centrifugal chemical process pump, a marvel of modern engineering standardized to the prestigious EN 22858 / ISO 2858. This versatile powerhouse is designed for an extensive range of applications in both industrial and marine sectors, effortlessly handling low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids without solid or fibrous obstructions. It expertly pumps a variety of fluids such as fresh water, sea water, and essential fuels like diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Its common applications span fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining operations, fire fighting, irrigation, water supply and treatment, pressurization, grey water management, dewatering, and marine endeavors.
Introducing our large, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump, engineered for the highest flow and pressure capabilities. This robust solution is crafted for demanding environments, ensuring optimal performance when you need it most.
The innovative design of our long coupled centrifugal chemical process pump offers numerous advantageous features that set it apart.
Experience unmatched ease of maintenance with the long coupled configuration, enabling effortless access to the pump head without the hassle of motor removal.
Built for durability, this process pump is meticulously designed for continuous operation. The addition of extra bearings in the pump head drastically reduces the strain on the motor during use, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Our back pull out design revolutionizes servicing, allowing the motor to be detached without disconnecting the pump from its pipework, saving you valuable time during maintenance.
The centrifugal chemical process pump and motor feature independent shafts, meaning that only the pump shaft requires replacement if damaged. Unlike less robust alternatives that necessitate replacing the entire motor, this design ensures cost-effective maintenance.
The long coupled design provides a generous gap between the pump and motor, offering superior protection against fluid ingress in the unlikely event of a seal failure.

Our centrifugal and chemical pumps, featuring renowned brand bearings, are engineered to offer exceptional durability and longevity, even under the most challenging operational conditions.
To expertly counteract axial thrust, our impellers are designed with precision, incorporating wear rings at both the front and back. Additionally, a balance hole is skillfully placed on the back shroud, enhancing stability. In cases where the axial thrust is minimal, back wear rings and balance holes are omitted.
The high-precision casting of our impellers guarantees optimal performance, crafted from materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, ensuring reliability and strength.
Our product features can be categorized into two primary groups:
1) 'Flush' - This system introduces a clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, optimizing the operational environment. An additional, smaller port typically faces downward, acting as a leakage observation and vent opening, enhancing maintenance and monitoring.
2) 'Barrier or Buffer' for dual seals - By supplying a secondary fluid between two mechanical seals, we effectively prevent ambient air exposure to the pumped fluid, significantly boost seal cooling, and elevate safety standards.
Notably, some mechanical seals operate without the need for specialized external flush systems, simplifying maintenance.
Flexible couplings
Flexible couplings, unlike their rigid counterparts, adeptly manage vibrations and thermal expansion, offering protection against misalignments between drive and pump shafts. Their ability to absorb vibrations reduces noise levels significantly, although they entail a more intricate design and higher cost. Nevertheless, they safeguard shafts and bearings from damage and early wear, resulting in substantial maintenance savings.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps are equipped with API 671 Standard Disc Couplings, ensuring superior performance.
These couplings offer lower reaction loads and superior balancing quality, enhancing overall pump power transmission efficiency and effectiveness.
