Utilizing a pioneering impeller structure and an innovative mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids laden with solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional models, its impeller employs a single or dual flow-path configuration, akin to an elbow with a similar section, delivering superior flow-through performance. Supported by a meticulously designed turbine chamber, this pump operates with exceptional efficiency. A dynamic and static balancing test on the impeller ensures stable and reliable operation. This series is distinguished by its advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, versatile structures, and installation options, making pump station operations simpler while reducing investment costs.

The impeller serves as the centrifugal pump's rotating heart, expertly accelerating liquid to higher velocities. Centralized into the impeller's core, the liquid is propelled by its vanes, then discharged into the case through centrifugal force. The casing's collection chamber adeptly converts kinetic energy into pressure. For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a range of impeller types, including vortex, semi-open channel, non-clog closed, and non-clog with cutter options, each tailored to diverse needs.

The auto coupling set, also known as the guide rail system, allows for seamless pump lifting or lowering within a sump or chamber for maintenance, without disconnecting any fittings. This standard kit includes a base (either 'duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), a pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket. It also comprises lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the chosen model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, providing precise positioning and easy removal.
