Introducing the SLZ end suction, long coupled, single-stage centrifugal chemical process pump, meticulously engineered to align with EN 22858 / ISO 2858 standards. This versatile powerhouse is tailored for an extensive array of applications across the industrial and marine landscapes, effortlessly handling low viscosity clean or gently contaminated fluids. Seamlessly adaptable, it tackles fresh water, seawater, and various fuels such as diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Whether it's fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining, fire fighting, irrigation, water supply, treatment, pressurization, gray water management, dewatering, or marine operations, this pump stands ready to deliver.
Engineered with precision, this robust centrifugal chemical process pump boasts high flow and high-pressure capabilities, designed specifically for heavy-duty applications.
The long coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design offers a multitude of benefits, making it a preferred choice for various operations.
Enjoy effortless maintenance with the long coupled configuration, allowing pump head access without the hassle of motor removal.
Built to withstand rigorous use, this process pump is reinforced with additional bearings in the pump head, significantly reducing motor strain during operation, ensuring durability and reliability.
Thanks to the innovative back pull-out design, the motor can be removed without detaching the pump from the pipework, streamlining the servicing process and saving precious time.
With independent shafts for the centrifugal chemical process pump and motor, only the pump shaft requires replacement upon breakage. This is a key advantage over less robust models that necessitate full motor replacement if the shaft fails.
The long coupled design ensures ample space between pump and motor, providing a safeguard against fluid ingress in case of seal failure, thus protecting the motor.

Our centrifugal and chemical pumps proudly incorporate renowned brand bearings, promising exceptional longevity that thrives even amidst the most challenging environments.
To adeptly balance axial thrust, most impellers feature wear rings both at the front and back, complemented by a precision-engineered balance hole situated on the back shroud. In certain pumps where axial thrust remains minimal, the design omits the wear ring and balance hole at the rear, optimizing performance.
The high-precision casting of our impellers guarantees unparalleled performance, crafted meticulously in premium materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze.
A Closer Look at Two Principal Groups:
1) "Flush" - A method where clean, cool liquid is injected into the seal chamber enhances the operating conditions. An additional smaller port, strategically positioned downward, often serves as a leakage observation point or a vent outlet.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for dual seals - This innovative system introduces a secondary fluid between two mechanical seals, preventing ambient air from contacting the pumped fluid, improving seal cooling, and significantly enhancing safety.
Notably, many mechanical seals operate efficiently without the need for specialized external flush arrangements.
Innovative Connectivity: Flexible Couplings
Unlike their rigid counterparts, flexible couplings excel at accommodating movement like vibrations and thermal expansion without sustaining damage, making them ideal for scenarios with unavoidable misalignment between drive and pump shafts. Their ability to absorb vibrations also contributes to noise reduction, although their sophisticated design translates to a higher cost. Nevertheless, flexible couplings offer considerable maintenance savings by safeguarding the shaft and bearings from damage and premature wear.
Semhai's API standard chemical pumps are equipped with API 671 Standard Disc Couplings, ensuring robust performance.
This design delivers lower reaction loads and superior balancing quality than standard couplings, boosting efficiency and effectiveness across the entire power transmission of the pump.
