This cutting-edge pump excels in the drainage of solid grains and long fiber debris, offering a unique and effective solution.

With a groundbreaking impeller structure and a novel mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Its single or dual flow-path impeller resembles an elbow of the same section, offering remarkable flow-through performance. Coupled with a meticulously designed turbine room, this pump serves with extraordinary efficiency, stability, and reliability, thanks to dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller. It features advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and various structures and installation modes, simplifying pump station operations and reducing investment costs.

The impeller, the heart of a centrifugal pump, is a dynamic component that picks up the liquid directed to its center, accelerating it to higher velocities through its vanes. Thanks to centrifugal force, the liquid is then discharged into the casing, where the collection chamber converts kinetic energy into pressure. The impeller type directly influences pump performance and efficiency, with numerous variations designed to meet diverse application demands.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer an array of impeller options: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with a cutter type, catering to various operational needs.

Our pumps feature a robust copper electric motor paired with a UL waterproof armored cable, ensuring a stable and reliable power supply for high-flow-rate submersible sewage pump operations.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail set/system, comprises a slide rail assembly that allows easy lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber. This facilitates cleaning and maintenance without disconnecting fittings or pipework. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two rails (not included) guide the pump to its proper seating location, securing a positive seal or enabling straightforward system removal.
