Introducing the SLZ end suction, long-coupled, single-stage centrifugal chemical process pump, meticulously engineered and standardized to EN 22858 / ISO 2858. This versatile pump is your go-to solution for myriad applications across the industrial and marine sectors. Crafted to perfection, it efficiently handles low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids, free from solid or fibrous matter. Its prowess extends to pumping fresh water, sea water, and fuels such as diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Perfectly suited for applications like fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining, fire fighting, irrigation, water supply, treatment, pressurization, grey water management, dewatering, and marine use.
Discover the power of our large, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump, designed to deliver exceptional high flow and high pressure performance.
Explore the abundant advantages of our long-coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design.
Experience effortless maintenance with our long-coupled configuration, enabling easy access to the pump head without motor removal.
Engineered for endurance, this robust process pump is built for continuous operation, featuring additional bearings in the pump head that alleviate motor strain during use.
The innovative back pull-out design facilitates motor removal while keeping the pump connected to pipework, streamlining service and maintenance for optimum time efficiency.
With independent shafts for the centrifugal chemical process pump and motor, only the pump shaft requires replacement if damaged. Contrastingly, less durable market options rely on the motor shaft, risking full motor replacement upon shaft failure.
Our long-coupled design strategically positions ample space between the pump and motor, safeguarding the motor from fluid ingress even in the event of a seal failure.

Our centrifugal and chemical pumps boast the use of prestigious brand bearings, ensuring a remarkably extended service life even when faced with the most demanding and harsh operational conditions.
To expertly balance axial thrust, most of our impellers feature wear rings both at the forefront and rear, along with a strategically placed balance hole on the impeller's back shroud. Some pumps, however, sport a minimal axial thrust, eliminating the need for a rear wear ring and balance hole.
Our high-precision cast impellers promise superior performance and are available in a range of robust materials including cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze.
Typically, our offerings are categorized into two principal groups:
1) "Flush" - This method involves injecting a clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber to enhance the operating environment. A secondary, smaller port is usually oriented downward and serves as a leak observation or venting outlet.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for dual seals - A secondary fluid is introduced into the space between two mechanical seals to prevent ambient air contact with the pumped fluid, thus improving seal cooling and amplifying overall safety.
It's noteworthy that certain mechanical seals do not necessitate specialized external flush arrangements.
Flexible couplings
Distinct from rigid couplings, flexible couplings are engineered to accommodate movement such as vibrations and thermal expansion without incurring damage. This feature makes them particularly suited for scenarios involving minor misalignment between drive and pump shafts. Their ability to absorb vibrations also serves to mitigate excessive operational noise. While their design is more intricate and costly, the long-term maintenance savings they offer by safeguarding shafts and bearings from damage and early wear are significant.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps are equipped with the advanced API 671 Standard Disc Couplings.
These couplings exhibit lower reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to standard couplings, significantly boosting the efficiency and efficacy of the entire pump power transmission system.
