The WQ series submersible sewage pump stands out with its remarkable energy-saving features, clog-resistant design, and automatic installation and control capabilities. It excels in efficiently draining solid grains and long-fiber debris without interruption.

Harnessing a uniquely designed impeller structure and innovative mechanical seal, this pump effectively transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional designs, our impeller features a single or dual flow-path, akin to a streamlined elbow of the same section, ensuring exceptional flow-through performance. Paired with an intelligently designed turbine room, this pump operates with remarkable efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing tests to ensure stable and reliable operation, offering advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile structures, thus simplifying pump stations and reducing investment costs.

The impeller, the heart of the centrifugal pump, is a marvel of engineering. As liquid enters its center, it is captured by the vanes and accelerated, discharged with stunning velocity by centrifugal force into the casing's diffuser. The casing cleverly converts much of this kinetic energy into head or pressure. Pump performance and efficiency hinge on the type of impeller, with various designs tailored for diverse applications.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer a variety of impeller types: the vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and a non-clog impeller with a cutter type, ensuring an optimal choice for every application.

Our robust copper electric motor, paired with a UL waterproof armored cable, guarantees a stable power supply for submersible sewage pumps handling significant flow rates.

An auto-coupling set, or guide rail system, is an ingenious slide rail assembly that allows pumps to be effortlessly lifted or lowered within a sump or chamber. This process requires no disconnection of fittings, fixings, or pipework, making maintenance a breeze. The standard kit features a base, often referred to as a 'duckfoot' or 'pedestal,' alongside a pump adaptor/guide hook and an upper rail positioning bracket. It also includes lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is guided up and down by one or two rails, directing it to the perfect seating location with a positive seal or enabling simple removal from the system or sump.
