Introducing the SLZ end-suction, long-coupled, single-stage centrifugal chemical process pump—an engineering marvel crafted to meet industry standards EN 22858 / ISO 2858. Designed for versatility, this pump excels in both industrial and marine applications. It effortlessly handles low-viscosity, clean, or slightly contaminated fluids, devoid of solids or fibrous materials. Fresh water, sea water, diesel, petrol, kerosene—this pump tackles them all with ease. Its realm of applications spans from fuel transfer, chemical handling, and energy plants to mining, firefighting, irrigation, water supply, treatment, pressurization, grey water management, dewatering, and marine operations.
Behold a large, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump, engineered for exceptional high flow and high-pressure performance.
The long-coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design offers a multitude of advantages.
Experience unmatched maintenance convenience with the long-coupled configuration, allowing easy access to the pump head without motor removal.
Built for endurance, this robust pump is designed for continuous operation, featuring additional bearings in the pump head to alleviate motor strain.
The ingenious back pull-out design enables motor removal while the pump remains connected to the pipework, ensuring time-efficient servicing and maintenance.
With separate shafts for pump and motor, only the pump shaft requires replacement in case of breakage, unlike other pumps using solely the motor shaft, risking entire motor replacement upon shaft failure.
The long-coupled design provides ample space between pump and motor, safeguarding the motor from fluid ingress during seal failure.

Our centrifugal and chemical pump products are equipped with renowned brand bearings, ensuring exceptional durability. These bearings significantly extend the service life of our pumps, even when faced with the most challenging working conditions.
Our innovative design includes wear rings at both the front and back of most impellers to expertly balance axial thrust, complemented by a strategically placed balance hole on the back shroud. For pumps where axial thrust is minimal, the back of the impeller may not feature a wear ring or balance hole.
Our high-precision casting impellers are crafted to guarantee superior performance, available in robust materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze.
Our pump systems generally fall into two primary categories:
1) "Flush" systems inject a clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber to optimize the operational environment. They include a secondary port, typically positioned downward, which functions as a leakage observation point or vent opening, offering superior maintenance insight.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" systems, utilized with dual seals, introduce a secondary fluid between two mechanical seal sets. This innovative design prevents ambient air from contacting the pumped fluid, thereby enhancing seal cooling and safety.
It's important to note that not every mechanical seal requires a specialized external flush setup, allowing for greater versatility and customization.
Flexible Couplings
Flexible couplings stand out from their rigid counterparts by accommodating movement caused by vibrations and thermal expansion without sustaining damage. Ideal for scenarios with unavoidable misalignment between drive and pump shafts, they effectively absorb vibrations to reduce operational noise. Although their intricate design is costlier, the protective benefits they offer to shafts and bearings lead to notable maintenance savings over time.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps incorporate the renowned API 671 Standard Disc Couplings, ensuring unmatched reliability.
These couplings offer lower reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to standard couplings, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire pump power transmission system.
