The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered with remarkable energy-saving capabilities and features that prevent wrapping, blockages, and ensure automatic installation and control. It excels in the drainage of solid particles and long-fiber debris, making it an ideal choice for challenging environments.

This pump stands out with its unique impeller structure and innovative mechanical seal, which enable efficient transport of liquids containing solids and long fibers. The impeller, available in single or dual flow-path designs akin to an elbow with excellent flow-through performance, undergoes rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests for stable and reliable operation. Its advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile installation options simplify pump station setups and reduce investment costs.

The impeller, as the dynamic heart of a centrifugal pump, gathers liquid at its center, propelling it through its vanes at an accelerated velocity. This rotation discharges the liquid via centrifugal force into the casing (diffuser), converting kinetic energy into head or pressure. The pump's performance and efficiency are highly dependent on the impeller's design, with numerous variations tailored for specific applications.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer a variety of impeller designs including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and the non-clog impeller with a cutter type to cater to diverse operational needs.

Equipped with a robust copper electric motor and a UL-certified waterproof armored cable, our submersible sewage pumps deliver a reliable and stable power supply, accommodating even the highest flow rates with ease.

The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is a sophisticated assembly allowing pumps to be effortlessly raised or lowered within a sump or chamber for maintenance without needing to disconnect fittings or pipework. Each kit includes a 'duckfoot' base, pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two rails, not included, direct the pump to its designated seat or facilitate its removal.
