Introducing the WQ series submersible sewage pump, renowned for its remarkable energy-saving capabilities, anti-wrapping design, non-blocking operation, as well as its features of auto-installation and auto-control. This pump excels in the efficient drainage of solid particles and long-fiber debris, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for users.

With its innovative impeller design and state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump proficiently handles liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike traditional impellers, our design employs a single or dual flow-path, akin to an elbow of identical section, offering superior flow-through performance. Coupled with a precisely engineered turbine room, this pump guarantees outstanding efficiency and stable operation, validated by rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller. Our WQ series exemplifies advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and diverse structural and installation options, significantly simplifying pump station setup and reducing investment costs.

The impeller, a pivotal component in centrifugal pumps, channels liquid into its center, where the impeller's vanes accelerate it to higher velocities before centrifugal force discharges the liquid into the casing (diffuser). The casing's collection chamber transforms much of this kinetic energy into head or pressure, making impeller design crucial for pump performance and efficiency. A variety of impeller designs are available to accommodate diverse applications, ensuring optimal functionality for each specific need.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer an impressive array of impeller options: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and the non-clog impeller with cutter type, each tailored to meet distinct operational requirements.

Equipped with a robust copper electric motor and UL-rated waterproof armored cable, our submersible sewage pumps deliver a stable power supply, supporting substantial flow rates with reliability and endurance.

The auto coupling set, also referred to as a guide rail system, features a slide rail assembly that facilitates effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning. This eliminates the need to detach fittings, fixtures, or piping. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complemented by lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two guide rails (not included) direct the pump to its precise seating (ensuring a positive seal) or permit straightforward removal from the sump/system.
