An auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is an ingeniously designed slide rail assembly facilitating effortless pump maintenance. It allows the pump to be easily raised or lowered within a sump or chamber for cleaning or repairs without disconnecting any fittings, fixings, or pipes. The standard kit comprises a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two rails guide the pump to its precise seating location, ensuring a positive seal or simple system removal.
