Renowned for exceptional quality, our centrifugal pumps and chemical pumps proudly integrate only the highest caliber of famous brand bearings. These bearings ensure our pumps boast an extended service life, even when faced with the most severe and demanding working environments.
For superior balance of axial thrust, our innovative design incorporates wear rings both at the front and back of the majority of impellers, complemented by a strategically placed balance hole on the back shroud. In pumps where axial thrust is minimal, we have expertly optimized the design by omitting the rear wear ring and balance hole, providing efficient performance without unnecessary complexity.
Our high-precision casting impellers are engineered to perfection, guaranteeing optimal performance with materials crafted from cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze for exceptional durability and reliability.
Our solutions are categorized into two main groups:
1) "Flush" - This sophisticated approach introduces clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, drastically enhancing the operating environment. A secondary, typically downward-oriented port facilitates leakage observation or serves as a vent opening, ensuring operational excellence.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" system for dual seals - A cutting-edge method where a secondary fluid circulates between two mechanical seal sets, preventing ambient air contact with the pumped fluid, greatly improving seal cooling, and substantially enhancing overall safety.
Remarkably, not every mechanical seal necessitates a special external flush arrangement, showcasing the versatility of our design.
Flexible couplings
In contrast to rigid couplings, our flexible couplings adeptly accommodate motions such as vibrations and thermal expansion without incurring damage. This flexibility makes them perfect for situations with inevitable misalignment between drive and pump shafts. They excel at absorbing vibrations, significantly reducing operational noise. Despite the more intricate and costly design, their ability to protect shafts and bearings from damage and premature wear translates into considerable maintenance savings over time.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps utilize the prestigious API 671 Standard Disc Couplings.
These couplings offer reduced reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to conventional couplings, enhancing both the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire pump power transmission system.
