With its unique impeller structure and state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump is adept at transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional models, its impeller features a single or dual flow-path resembling an elbow for optimal flow-through performance. Coupled with a well-designed turbine room, this pump operates with remarkable effectiveness and stability, as proven by dynamic and static balancing tests. The impeller serves as the dynamic heart of a centrifugal pump. As liquid enters the center of the rotating impeller, it is swiftly picked up by the vanes, accelerated to high velocity, and discharged via centrifugal force into the casing. This design transforms significant Kinetic Energy into Head or Pressure. The impeller's design variations are integral to optimizing pump performance and efficiency, tailored to diverse application needs.

Our submersible sewage pumps feature a range of impeller options including the vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each designed to suit specific operational requirements.

A robust copper electric motor paired with a UL water-proof armored cable ensures a steady power supply for our submersible sewage pumps, even at high flow rates, delivering reliable performance and durability.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, offers a seamless solution for pump maintenance. This assembly allows effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber for cleaning or maintenance, without disconnecting any fittings or pipework. The standard kit includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided by one or two rails (not included) to ensure perfect seating for positive sealing or straightforward removal.
