For those pumps where axial thrust is minimal, the design is streamlined, eliminating the need for a rear wear ring and balance hole, optimizing efficiency.
Crafted with precision, our high-precision casting impellers are designed to ensure optimal performance, available in materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, tailored to meet diverse industrial needs.
Our design philosophy encompasses two primary groups:
1) "Flush" - This innovative approach involves injecting a clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, enhancing the working environment. A secondary, smaller port, typically oriented downward, serves dual roles as a leakage monitor and vent, ensuring seamless operation.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for dual seals - This method introduces a secondary fluid between dual mechanical seals, effectively preventing ambient air from contaminating the pumped fluid. This not only boosts seal cooling but significantly elevates safety measures.
It is noteworthy that not every mechanical seal necessitates specialized external flush systems, offering flexibility in implementation.
Flexible couplings
In contrast to rigid couplings, flexible couplings are adept at accommodating movement, such as vibrations and thermal expansions, without incurring damage.
