This pump incorporates a unique impeller structure and a cutting-edge mechanical seal, ensuring effective transport of liquids laden with solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, our design employs a single or dual flow-path mechanism akin to an elbow of the same section, delivering superior flow-through performance. Test-proven for dynamic and static balance, this pump operates with remarkable stability. With advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and multiple structural and installation options, it simplifies pump stations and optimizes investment.

The impeller, a vital component of centrifugal pumps, draws liquid into its center, where vanes accelerate it to higher velocities, discharging it through centrifugal force into the casing. This casing chamber ingeniously converts kinetic energy into head or pressure, optimizing pump performance and efficiency through diverse impeller variations tailored for myriad applications.

Our submersible sewage pumps offer an array of impeller designs to suit every need: choose from vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type options.

The robust copper electric motor, combined with a UL certified water-proof armored cable, guarantees a stable power supply for submersible sewage pumps, ensuring efficient operation even for high flow rates.

The auto coupling set, also recognized as a guide rail system, comprises a slide rail assembly allowing easy movement of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance without disconnecting fittings or pipework. A standard kit includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided by one or two rails to its proper seating location, ensuring a positive seal or facilitating effortless removal.
