It excels at effectively draining solid grains and long fiber waste, setting a new standard in sewage management.

By incorporating an innovative impeller structure alongside a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike traditional impellers, our pump utilizes a unique single or dual flow-path design, akin to an elbow of the same section, offering exceptional flow-through performance. Complemented by a well-designed turbine room, it operates with outstanding efficiency. Rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests ensure the impeller runs smoothly and reliably, making this series ideal for advanced hydraulic performance with multiple structures and installation modes. It simplifies pump stations and significantly reduces investment costs.

The impeller, a pivotal component of centrifugal pumps, is designed to optimize performance. Liquid entering the center of the rotating impeller is propelled by its vanes, gaining velocity, and is then discharged with centrifugal force into the diffuser. This process ingeniously converts kinetic energy into head or pressure. The type of impeller is crucial in determining pump efficiency and performance, with various designs tailored for specific applications.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a versatile selection of impeller types, including vortex types, semi-open channel types, non-clog closed types, and specialized non-clog impellers with cutter options, catering to diverse application needs.

Our submersible sewage pumps feature a robust copper electric motor and a UL waterproof armored cable, ensuring a stable power supply even at high flow rates, enhancing reliability and performance.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, simplifies maintenance tasks. This slide rail assembly allows for the effortless lifting or lowering of pumps within a sump or chamber without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. A standard kit includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), a pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is directed by one or two rails, ensuring accurate seating and easy removal from the system.
