With a revolutionary impeller structure and modern mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Its impeller, available in single or dual flow-path forms, offers outstanding flow-through performance reminiscent of an elbow of the same section. Paired with a well-designed turbine room, the pump promises remarkable efficiency and stability. Undergoing dynamic and static balancing tests, the impeller ensures reliable performance. Featuring advanced hydraulic efficiency, multiple structure and installation options, it optimizes pump station design and reduces investment costs.

The impeller, the heart of a centrifugal pump, plays a pivotal role. It channels liquid into the center, where it's accelerated by the impeller's vanes and propelled outward by centrifugal force. Our submersible sewage pumps offer a versatile range of impellers: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each designed to suit specific operational requirements.

The robust copper electric motor coupled with a UL waterproof armored cable guarantees a stable power supply, accommodating the demanding flow rates of our submersible sewage pumps.

The auto coupling set, known as a guide rail set/system, provides unmatched convenience. This slide rail assembly allows effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber, ideal for cleaning or maintenance without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. A standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, ensuring precise seating or efficient removal from the system/sump.
