This pump series revolutionizes fluid transport by incorporating a unique impeller structure coupled with an innovative mechanical seal. It excels in handling liquids containing solids and long fibers. The impeller, crafted in a single or dual flow-path design, mirrors an elbow of equivalent section with exceptional flow-through performance. Supported by a meticulously designed turbine room, this pump operates with stellar effectiveness. In the heart of a centrifugal pump lies the impeller, the dynamic rotating component. It deftly accelerates liquid, channeled into its center, to higher velocities with its vanes, discharging it via centrifugal force into the casing (diffuser). The casing's collection chamber ingeniously converts kinetic energy into valuable head or pressure. For submersible sewage pumps, our impeller options include vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and a non-clog impeller with cutter type, ensuring an ideal solution for every requirement.

A robust copper electric motor, paired with a UL-certified waterproof armored cable, guarantees a stable power supply for our submersible sewage pumps, even at high flow rates, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions.

The auto coupling set, synonymous with a guide rail system, is an elegant slide rail assembly facilitating easy pump maintenance or cleaning. This system allows pumps to be effortlessly lifted or lowered within a sump or chamber, without disconnecting any fittings or pipework. A standard kit includes a base ("duckfoot" or "pedestal"), a pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model selected, the pump is guided up and down by one or two rails, ensuring precise seating and seamless removal from the system/sump.
