The WQ series submersible sewage pump is renowned for its remarkable energy-saving capabilities, innovative wrapping-proof and non-blocking features, alongside its automatic installation and control. This series offers exceptional effectiveness in the drainage of solid particulates and long-fiber waste, ensuring seamless operations.

Employing a pioneering impeller design and a novel mechanical seal, this pump adeptly handles liquids containing solids and elongated fibers. Diverging from traditional impellers, it utilizes a single or dual flow-path architecture, akin to an elbow with superior flow-through efficiency. Complemented by a well-optimized turbine room, this pump guarantees powerful performance, passing rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests for stable and reliable operation. With its advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and adaptable configurations, it significantly simplifies pump station design while optimizing investment costs.

The impeller is the pivotal rotating element within a centrifugal pump. The auto coupling set, also known as the guide rail set/system, is an innovative slide rail assembly designed for the effortless elevation or lowering of pumps within sumps or chambers. This facilitates maintenance and cleaning without disconnecting fittings, fixtures, or pipework. A typical kit comprises a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, one or two guide rails ensure precise pump positioning and easy removal, enhancing the system's functionality.
