The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered with cutting-edge features including remarkable energy savings, anti-wrapping, non-blocking capabilities, auto-installation, and auto-control. It delivers superior performance in draining solid grains and long fiber waste, making it an indispensable tool for efficient waste management.

Employing a distinctive impeller structure alongside a pioneering mechanical seal, this pump excels at transporting liquids containing solids and elongated fibers. Unlike conventional designs, the impeller in this pump employs a single or dual flow-path mechanism akin to a same-section elbow, enhancing flow-through performance. Coupled with a highly efficient turbine room, this pump ensures optimal performance. Dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller guarantee stable and reliable operation. The series showcases advanced hydraulic performance, superior efficiency, versatile structures, and installation options, streamlining pump station operations while minimizing investment costs.

In a centrifugal pump, the impeller is a vital rotating component. It captures liquid at its center, propelling it outward with increased velocity via the impeller's vanes. Centrifugal force then guides the liquid into the casing (diffuser), where kinetic energy is predominantly converted into head or pressure. Efficiency and performance of the pump largely hinge on the impeller type, with various designs tailored to specific applications.

For the impeller in submersible sewage pumps, we offer a selection including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, catering to diverse operational needs.

A robust copper electric motor paired with a UL-certified water-proof armored cable ensures a dependable power supply for submersible sewage pumps operating at high flow rates.

An auto coupling set, or guide rail system, consists of a slide rail assembly designed for convenient pump elevation or lowering within a sump or chamber for maintenance, without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. A standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is steered by one or two guide rails (not included) for precise seating and easy removal from the system or sump.
