Its impeller, utilizing a single or dual flow-path design akin to a streamlined elbow, ensures superior flow-through performance. The impeller is the heart of a centrifugal pump, capturing liquid at its center and accelerating it through its vanes. With rotational speed, the impeller imparts greater velocity, propelling liquid outward by centrifugal force into the casing, where kinetic energy is transformed into pressure. Our submersible sewage pump impellers are available in a range of designs, including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, offering versatile options tailored for specific needs.

Equipped with a robust copper electric motor and a UL waterproof armored cable, our submersible sewage pumps guarantee a stable power supply, even when managing high flow rates, ensuring reliable operations.

The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is a slide rail assembly designed for seamless pump lifting or lowering within a sump or chamber without disconnecting any fittings or pipe work. Each standard kit includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is guided up and down by one or two rails for precise seating and easy removal.
