The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered with remarkable energy-saving capabilities, ensuring optimal performance in challenging environments. Its design offers wrapping prevention, non-blockage, automatic installation, and control, with a unique efficiency in draining solid grains and long-fiber waste.

Employing a unique impeller structure and a cutting-edge mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. The innovative impeller, characterized by a single or dual flow-path, mirrors an elbow with exceptional flow-through performance. Coupled with a well-designed turbine room, the pump operates with high stability and reliability, verified through dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller. This series boasts advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, various structural configurations, and installation modes, simplifying pump station setups and reducing investment costs.

At the heart of our centrifugal pump lies the impeller, a rotating marvel. Liquids entering the center are captured by the impeller's vanes, accelerated through rotation, and expelled by centrifugal force into the case (diffuser). This process converts kinetic energy into head or pressure, where pump performance and efficiency largely hinge on the impeller type. Diverse impeller variations are crafted to meet specific application needs.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer a range of impeller options: the vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each tailored for distinct purposes.

A robust copper electric motor, paired with a UL water-proof armored cable, ensures a steady power supply for our submersible sewage pumps, supporting large flow rates with unwavering performance.

The auto coupling set, also recognized as a guide rail system, offers a convenient and efficient solution for pump maintenance. This assembly allows easy lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber, facilitating cleaning or servicing without disconnecting fittings or pipework. A standard kit includes a base ("duckfoot" or "pedestal"), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided by one or two rails (not included) to ensure proper seating and seamless removal.
