Featuring a revolutionary impeller structure and innovative mechanical seal, this pump is engineered for the efficient transport of liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, its design incorporates a single or dual flow-path, akin to an elbow of the same section, delivering exceptional flow-through performance. Paired with a well-engineered turbine room, it operates with remarkable effectiveness. Thorough dynamic and static balancing tests ensure the impeller runs with stability and reliability. With advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile installation modes, this series streamlines the pump station, optimizing investment.

In centrifugal pumps, the impeller plays a crucial role as the rotating component. Liquids entering the center of the impeller are swiftly accelerated by its vanes, achieving higher velocity before being discharged by centrifugal forces into the casing. The collection chamber within the casing transforms much of this kinetic energy into head or pressure. The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, is an essential slide rail assembly. It allows the pump to be effortlessly lifted or lowered within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning, eliminating the need to disconnect fittings or pipework. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model selected, the pump is directed by one or two rails, ensuring precise seating and easy removal.
