Introducing the SLZ end suction pump: a masterpiece crafted with precision to meet the highest standards of EN 22858 / ISO 2858. This long-coupled, single-stage centrifugal chemical process pump is a versatile solution, perfect for a myriad of applications across both industrial and marine sectors. Impeccably designed, it adeptly handles low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids, steering clear of solids or fibrous materials. Commonly pumped fluids encompass fresh water, sea water, and various fuels like diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Its applications are vast and varied, from fuel transfer to chemical industry usage, energy plants, mining operations, firefighting missions, irrigation projects, water supply and treatment, pressurisation, grey water handling, dewatering, and marine enterprises.
Presenting a robust powerhouse: this is a large, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump engineered for high flow and impressive pressure capabilities. It stands as a testament to durability and performance.
Revel in the advantages of the long-coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design, an epitome of efficiency and engineering finesse.
Maintenance becomes a breeze with the long-coupled configuration, allowing easy access to the pump head without the hassle of motor removal.
Built for endurance, this pump is robustly crafted for continuous usage. Additional bearings in the pump head alleviate motor strain during operation, ensuring longevity and performance.
The ingenious back pull-out design facilitates motor removal without detaching the pump from the pipework, significantly saving time during service and maintenance routines.
With separate shafts for the centrifugal chemical process pump and motor, only the pump shaft needs replacement if breakage occurs, unlike other less durable options requiring full motor replacement when the shaft breaks.
The long-coupled design offers ample space between pump and motor, safeguarding the motor from fluid ingress should a seal failure occur, thus preserving motor integrity.

Our centrifugal and chemical pumps proudly incorporate renowned brand bearings, ensuring an extended service life even amidst the harshest working environments. Experience reliability and longevity like never before.
To masterfully balance axial thrust, most impellers feature wear rings at both the front and rear, complemented by a strategically placed balance hole on the back shroud. For pumps where axial thrust is minimal, these components are optimally omitted, showcasing a tailored design for every need.
The high-precision casting of our impellers guarantees optimal performance, available in robust materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, ensuring durability and excellence.
Our offerings are categorized into two primary groups:
1) "Flush" - This approach introduces a clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, significantly enhancing the operational environment. A secondary, often downward-oriented port is included, which serves as a leakage observation or vent, ensuring optimal maintenance and safety.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for dual seals - A secondary fluid is ingeniously supplied between two mechanical seals, effectively preventing ambient air from mixing with the pumped fluid. This not only improves seal cooling but also heightens safety measures.
It's noteworthy that not all mechanical seals necessitate special external flush arrangements, simplifying maintenance and operation.
Adaptive and Efficient Flexible Couplings
Flexible couplings, unlike their rigid counterparts, offer remarkable resilience by accommodating movements such as vibrations and thermal expansion without sustaining damage. Ideal for setups involving slight misalignment between drive and pump shafts, they adeptly reduce operating noise through vibration absorption. While their design is more complex and costly, the long-term maintenance savings due to shaft and bearing protection are substantial.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps are equipped with API 671 Standard Disc Couplings, ensuring top-tier performance.
These couplings boast lower reaction loads and superior balancing quality, outperforming normal couplings with enhanced efficiency, optimizing the entire pump power transmission process.
