With an innovative impeller structure and a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump proficiently handles liquids containing solids and long fibers. Its impeller, available in single or dual flow-path designs resembling an elbow, excels in flow-through performance. Combined with a well-structured turbine room, it offers outstanding efficiency and stability. The impeller, the heart of a centrifugal pump, ingeniously captures liquid at its center and accelerates it to higher velocities with its vanes, discharging it through centrifugal force. The auto coupling set, also referred to as a guide rail system, is an ingenious assembly that facilitates the effortless lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber. This is achieved without detaching fittings, fixings, or pipe work, streamlining maintenance and cleaning tasks. The standard kit includes a base (either a 'duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), a pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket. It also comes with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the chosen model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, ensuring precise seating with a positive seal or easy removal from the system/sump.
