Discover the SLZ end suction, long coupled, single stage centrifugal chemical process pump, meticulously engineered to meet the EN 22858 / ISO 2858 standards. This versatile marvel is adept for a multitude of applications across the industrial and marine markets. Its sophisticated design enables it to efficiently handle low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids, sans fibrous solids, with aplomb. Whether it's fresh water, sea water, or fuels like diesel, petrol, and kerosene, this pump excels in fuel transfer, chemical industries, energy plants, mining sectors, fire fighting operations, irrigation, water supply, water treatment, pressurization, grey water management, dewatering processes, and marine applications. The SLZ pump is your go-to solution for robust and reliable performance.
This is an exceptionally robust centrifugal chemical process pump, crafted for high flow and pressure demands, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty applications.
The ingenious design of the long coupled centrifugal chemical process pump offers a plethora of advantages.
One of the standout features of the long coupled configuration is its remarkable ease of maintenance. It allows seamless access to the pump head without necessitating the motor's removal.
Engineered for relentless operation, this process pump is fortified with additional bearings within the pump head. These bearings significantly alleviate the motor's strain during operation, ensuring durability and continuous use.
The innovative back pull-out design empowers you to remove the motor while keeping the pump connected to the pipework, ensuring time-efficient servicing and maintenance.
With independent shafts for the centrifugal chemical process pump and motor, only the pump shaft needs replacing if damaged. This feature contrasts with other less robust pumps that integrate the motor shaft, necessitating complete motor replacement if the shaft breaks, thus offering you peace of mind and cost efficiency.
The long coupled design provides ample space between the pump and motor, effectively shielding the motor from fluid ingress in case of a seal failure.

Renowned and prestigious brand Bearings are extensively utilized across our range of centrifugal and chemical pumps. Our promise? A longer service life meticulously engineered to endure even the toughest of working environments.
To artfully balance axial thrust, most of our impellers are equipped with meticulously designed wear rings at both the front and rear. Additionally, a precision-engineered balance hole graces the back shroud of the impeller. For certain pumps, the axial thrust is ingeniously minimized, eliminating the need for a rear wear ring and balance hole.
Our high-precision casting impeller guarantees superior performance. Choose from robust materials like cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze for exceptional durability and reliability.
We offer two distinguished main groups:
1) "Flush" - A pristine, cool liquid is expertly injected into the seal chamber, optimizing the operating environment. A secondary, diminutive port is strategically oriented downward, often serving as an insightful leakage observation or venting avenue.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" used with dual seals - A secondary fluid is precisely introduced to the interstitial space between dual mechanical seals, preventing ambient air from mingling with the pumped fluid, enhancing seal cooling, and bolstering safety.
Notably, it's important to recognize that not all mechanical seals necessitate the use of specialized external flush systems.
Adaptable and Versatile Flexible Couplings
In contrast to rigid couplings, flexible couplings gracefully accommodate movement, such as vibrations and thermal expansion, without incurring harm. Their prowess makes them ideal for scenarios where unavoidable misalignment occurs between drive and pump shafts. Their ability to absorb vibrations efficiently also curtails excessive operational noise. While they boast a more intricate and costly design, the protective benefits they offer to shafts and bearings, by averting damage and premature wear, translate into significant maintenance savings over time.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps proudly utilize API 671 Standard Disc Couplings.
These couplings boast reduced reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to standard couplings, enhancing both the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire pump power transmission system.
