This pump is designed to resist wrapping and blocking, featuring auto-installation and control. Through the integration of a uniquely designed impeller and state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump masterfully handles liquids containing solids and long fibers. The impeller's innovative single or dual flow-path design enhances flow-through performance. Coupled with a sophisticated turbine chamber and rigorous dynamic-static balancing tests, the pump operates with remarkable stability and reliability. Its advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and adaptable installation options simplify pump station setups and minimize investment.

The impeller, the centrifugal pump's rotating core, draws liquid to its center, accelerating it through its vanes to increase velocity. Centrifugal force then expels the liquid into the casing, where kinetic energy is transformed into pressure. Our submersible sewage pump impellers come in a variety of options: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and a non-clog impeller with cutter type, ensuring a perfect match for diverse needs.

The submersible sewage pump is powered by a robust copper electric motor paired with a UL water-proof armored cable, ensuring a reliable power supply even in high-flow scenarios.

An auto coupling set, or guide rail system, facilitates effortless pump movement within a sump or chamber for maintenance and cleaning, without detaching fittings. A typical kit includes a base, pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on the chosen model, the pump is guided by one or two rails to its proper seating or for easy removal.
