An auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, is engineered for simple pump maintenance. This slide rail assembly allows easy lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber for cleaning or maintenance without disconnecting fittings or pipework. A typical kit includes a duckfoot or pedestal base, a pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the chosen model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, ensuring correct seating with a positive seal or straightforward removal.
